Grievance Policy and Procedure:

Lisa Ecklund-Flores, MT-BC, is committed to the satisfaction of those participating in her Approved Provider Continuing Music Therapy Education Opportunities. In the event that participants do not feel their expectations have been met, they have the right to file a grievance. The Grievance Policy and Procedure is as follows:

Submit a description of grievance in writing by emailing the director, Dr. Lisa Ecklund-Flores, at ecklundflores@gmail.com.

Include in this description your name, contact information, the date/time/location of the CMTE opportunity for which you are filing the grievance.

Describe in detail the nature of the grievance – how did your experience differ from the CMTE opportunity as described on this website and in advertising materials

Responses with potential resolutions will be issued within two weeks of receipt of the grievance.

Participants have the right to have their grievance addressed by the Continuing Education Committee of CBMT in the event that this grievance procedure has been exhausted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All withdrawals must be requested in writing by emailing the director, Dr. Lisa Ecklund-Flores, at ecklundflores@gmail.com.

If you are withdrawing and requesting a refund, all refund requests must be made in writing at least one week in advance of the session.

Refunds will not be given for requests made less than one week in advance of the session.
CBMT Approval:
Dalcroze Training for Music Therapists is approved by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT) for 4 CMTE credits per session. Dr. Lisa Ecklund-Flores, #P-243, maintains responsibility for program quality and adherence to CBMT policies and criteria.
